I love to hear about new books as much as the next person. And I’ve noticed that some of my readership is comprised of writers. And a simple fact of life is that some have more and others less readership than I do. Certainly it’s a given that we all have different readership.

I, honestly, have never heard of it before, though I’ve been looking into it now that it’s been brought to my attention.

Whew! 15! Turns out I follow fewer blogs than I thought I did. Much of my RSS list is comics and various sub-sites on I Can Has Cheezburger.
Seven things about me?!
As a friend pointed out, this isn’t an award so much as a cuter than normal chain meme. But it’s a benevolent and kind of cute chain meme rather than fear-mongering or insipid, so I’m okay with that.
Does anyone else ever see that bit advertising “Learn how to drive more engagement to your site” in their WP stats page and you start imagining lots of people suddenly coming to your blog to propose marriage?
How many of you will now I’ve said that?

update: how odd. I hit publish on this at 6:30 this morning and I just found it in pending status. I was woken feeling very ill. Still don’t feel well. Feel well enough to find this post a little odd, but it made me giggle to read and recall it, so I’ll retry getting it to post.
